1. Order Processing and Shipping:
- Orders received before 2:00 PM CST at our warehouse located at 1037 Lunt Ave, Schaumburg, Illinois 60193, will be processed and shipped on the same business day.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and reachable. Aliyans Foods is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or unreachable addresses.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
Non-Perishable Products:
- Products from our Kitchen Accessories, Recipe Dessert, and Cooking Aid categories may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Non-Receipt of Package: If your package has not been delivered within 15 days and the shipping address provided is correct, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you received a different item than what was ordered, Aliyans Foods will cover all return shipping costs, and you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
- Undeliverable Package: If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may be eligible for a refund after confirming the accuracy of the provided address.

Products with Long Shelf Life:

Return Process

Exceptions and Exclusions
