We are glad you asked that. We are one of the most reliable names in halal meat. Our other signature products are Indian spices, bakery items, and cooked meals. Our Arab foods are also popular among the Arab community in the USA.

What are the shelf lives of your products?

Shelf lives of products vary with their type and nature. For example, spices have more than six months' shelf life on average, while meats, vegetables and cooked food have shorter shelf lives. Please see the respective product page to know more about the shelf life of a product.

What if the product I order becomes out of stock?

We make sure that every product listed never goes out of stock. If a product is out of stock, we update the status on the product page.

If you order a product that is out of stock, we will inform you about this at the earliest through phone or email. You will have the choice to alter your order, reimburse, or let us provide you with the product in a very short time.

Can I request an item you do not offer?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom orders at the moment.

Yes, you can place your order by phone. But you will have to pay through the payment methods we accept.

How will you send my order?

We ship orders with FedEx. Where FedEx is not available, we have other options are reliable as FedEx.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Your first shipment with AliyansDirect is absolutely free, no matter how big your order is. After that, you can receive free shipping only for orders over $75.

Do you store payment information of customers?

We use your payment information only for the purpose of payment processing. We do not store any payment information.
