Customer’s satisfaction is our prime goal. All policies at AliyanDirect aim to give you the best value for your money, including returns and exchange policy.

I am satisfied with your product but I have other reasons to return the product. Is there any solution for my problem?

Return Policy

Our warehouse is located at 1037 Lunt Ave, Schaumburg , Illinois 60193. We ship all orders received before 2 pm CST the same day on all workdays.

Before confirming your order, please make sure to give the accurate and reachable address. This one simple step will save you from much trouble afterwards.

Non-Perishable Products   

Non-perishable items include the items sold under the categories of Kitchen Accessories, Recipe Desert and Cooking Aid. Refunds are issued in following cases for these items.

  • You have not received your package in 15 days and the address you mentioned in check out was correct.
  • You received an item other than what you ordered for. We will bear any related shipping charges in this case.
  • Your package was delivered back to us as undeliverable.
  • Your product is damaged.

 

Products with Long Shelf Life 

Items with long shelf life are sold under the categories of Special Ajar, Drink, Grocery, Special Sauces, Canned Foods, Lentils and Spices. Refunds for these products are issued in the following cases.

  • You have not received your package in 15 days and the address you mentioned in check out was correct.
  • You received an item other than what you ordered for. We will bear shipping charges in this case.
  • Your package was delivered back to us as undeliverable.
  • The package was opened or jar/container’s seal was broken.

 

Products with Short Shelf Life

Products with short shelf life are sold under the categories of Bread, Ice Cream, Taste Enhancers, Halal Meat, Pizza, Appetizers, Frozen Items, Meal and Dessert. Refund policy for short shelf life items works in the following situations.

  • You have not received your package in 7 days and the address you mentioned in check out was correct.
  • You received an item other than what you ordered for. We will bear shipping any related charges in this case except.
  • The package was delivered back to us as undeliverable.
  • The package was damaged or opened.

Please note, we do not refund if you change your mind in the course of shipping of your order.

Refund policy will be the same for your first order first order which is eligible for free shipping.
