Aliyans meat keeps the same great flavors when frozen. The loss of texture and taste are actually associated with an improper freezing method. Most people take a piece of chicken or steak and throw it in the freezer, allowing it to slowly freeze. When meat slowly freezes like this, it lets large ice crystals form, which when thawed cause the mushy texture and tastelessness that's normally associated with frozen meat. By contrast, we vacuum pack and flash freeze our meat, eliminating the formation of ice crystals and other factors that ruin taste and texture.
