Things to Keep in Mind When Defrosting Aliyans Meat



How meat is defrosted is just as important as how it's frozen. Here are some tips for how to safely defrost meat before use: 

1. Never let meat defrost on the kitchen counter - Though it's tempting to let meat defrost this way, it can also be unsafe. Bacteria can grow quickly at room temperature.
